Once you have chosen which day and time for your telephone consultation, you can proceed to the checkout.

At checkout, you will receive details about how to make payment for your consultation via a bank transfer. Once you have made your payment, please send a proof of payment via email to wellness@mocahealth.com.au, you will then receive your confirmation and your booking is complete.

The next step is to complete your medical summary on this link. This will only take a few minutes to complete and this information is reviewed by your practitioner prior to your consultation. It is through this information, along with your consultation that the practitioner will develop your treatment plan with medical cannabis. Please note this information is stored on our secure server.

Once we receive your payment, you will receive from MOCA Health a confirmation of payment, and at this point, your consultation is confirmed.
