The process to visit with our practitioner.
We have made it very easy for patients to access medical practitioners specialised in cannabis medicine. Our focus is orientated around telehealth, therefore, patients can discuss their condition and obtain information from an experienced medical cannabis practitioner from the comfort of their homes.
Booking your consultation is very simple, firstly, you can click on the Book your consultation link at the top of the page, read through the processes and then select from the available dates and times. Once you have chosen which day and time for your telephone consultation, you can proceed to the checkout.
At checkout, you will receive details about how to make payment for your consultation via a bank transfer. Once you have made your payment, please send a proof of payment via email to wellness@mocahealth.com.au, you will then receive your confirmation and your booking is complete.
The next step is to complete your medical summary on this link. This will only take a few minutes to complete and this information is reviewed by your practitioner prior to your consultation. It is through this information, along with your consultation that the practitioner will develop your treatment plan with medical cannabis. Please note this information is stored on our secure server.
Once we receive your payment, you will receive from MOCA Health a confirmation of payment, and at this point, your consultation is confirmed.
Visiting with our medical practitioner.
On the day of your booking, at the appointed time, the practitioner will call you for your consultation. Please note the phone call will come from a non-visible phone number.
The practitioner will have reviewed your medical history, which you supplied at the time of booking and discuss, a treatment plan for you. The Telehealth consultation last for 15 minutes, and during that time the practitioner will complete all the necessary steps to meet TGA approvals.
The medical practitioner will then liaise with the team at MOCA Health regarding your treatment plan and medical prescription. The team at MOCA Health will contact you to make arrangements for dispensing your medical cannabis medication.
